This is the second Landmark lot/Movie Set. This one is set up for Western Movies. Some say they shot "The Good, The Bad, And The Shmails" here.
This is part of the Mr. Shmails goes to Hollywood set. This is a functioning Landmark lot. Plop Cost - $10,000; Bulldoze - $2,000; Maintenence - $100. This lot has the same effects as a large landmark and a large park. Enjoy!
