Ympyrätalo "Circular Building" was built in 1968 (architects Heikki and Kaija Sirén). It's a bank/office building in Helsinki (formerly a bank called Kansallis-Osake-Pankki).
Included in the zip are a 5x5 growable lot and a ploppable 3x5 lot with an overhanging prop. So be careful when plopping it.
For best visual effects on the ploppable I recommend using the included filler lots and unidensity mod by swamper77. However, this is not necessary.
