love these thanks a lot. ive been using v2 for a while now. makes the game a whole lot more enjoyable for those of us not interested in the economics, but the city planning/architecture

i like the idea but the building is ugly

What are the SAV files for?

Great idea. I know a few of you out there will put down anyone using these lots but for me dealing with the budget is not a fun part of the game. I just like building beautiful cities and with these I am able to do just that without having to worry about money.

i think there should be really small ones, like for towns or villages. a 1000 a 5000 a 10,000

I "don't like this type of lot and call it cheating" - nah, great stuff, definately gives a break from playing the serious simulator. Which, now that I think of it, begs the question, why didn't Maxis ever include a "Sandbox" mode?

i like how you said "For all those who don't like this type of lot and call it cheating, just don't download it." because ive seen many other money "cheat" lots and many people put thumbs down and give it bad ratings and start telling you off. I think if your only going to tell the person off because hes not good enough yet to keep a positive budget and only wants to help others, then its not worth wasting your life posting a useless post. great job by the way :)

@AAK: dstirling has been using the SC4Tool to mod the files. The SAV files are backup copies that SC4Tool creates before applying any changes to the original files. They can safely be deleted.

Exactly Right Sandrasim :) I had to use SC4Tool after my plugin manager began to read all desc files as corrupt. I am trying to make a better version of my roadside subway stop. I'm older now and have a better understanding of how everything works. I will also try to make some smaller Money Plants if desired, I will make BAT versions is I can get a program that does the same as Plugin Manager and allows me to associate LOTS with MODELS.

Note: I have fixed plugin manager and am now working on new files, including a BAT money plant. I will not include SAV. files in future versions of my lots now that I know it is safe to delete them.

I am trying to make a B.A.T building look fairly industrial, making it look like some sort of money printing plant. I used the testing bay props mainly so that I could have multiple hi-tech looking manufacturing bays with different numbers of them signifying a larger output Any other BAT ideas?
