The plugin will put the Chicago sky scraper at or near the end of your landmark list in game, unlike many other landmarks this one is usable by the sims that live in your city, 1280 sims can move in to marina city. One more thing to remember is that you will need eiter SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition or SimCity 4 and SimCity 4 Rush Hour for the plugin to work. The sky scraper is to scale and overall is very realistic.
