Could be useful lot for those who find themselves cash-strapped but need more power, I suppose. Its difficult to see in the pics what the stats for the lot are, though, so update your upload to include this information in the description.

Useful, but I most likely will not use it in my realistic cities.

What does it do exactly? The description is rather vague all I know is it's supposed to help those that are strapped for cash. Does it produce free power, does it produce power and pay my treasury for doing so? What does it do exactly, a better description is in order. Oh and you could have just emailed it to your friends that wanted it.
