My first BAT! This guesthouse is a landmark 2x2 plop with 50 CS$ jobs. A riad is a traditional guesthouse and they are often older mansions. This one is modest in size but has a nice upper courtyard with tiles, big pots and plants. There is a pile of bright red chilis drying on the roof. Laila Tiaba means 'good night', something that should be assured if this is placed in the proper part of town.
I made the lot fairly simple thinking that most of you will probably use Lot Editor to alter it in a way that allows it to fit in best with your cities. If you haven't played around with Lot Editor yet, DO IT! This is the easiest and most enjoyable way to make your own content for the game and thanks to STEX we have a ridiculous number of wonderful props to use. A traditional riad would probably have a lush walled garden around it so give it a shot.
For those who already have a city or town with a desert or even Mediterranean flavor, the current lot might fit in nicely. It probably looks best in a corner so that the red convertible by the garage doesn't have to drive over any plants to get there:)
