Yes, well, actually, there's nothing wrong with having dependencies, I mean, that's what people do here on the STEX. They make additional content for SC4 and RH. Don't get me wrong, I think your work is fine for the people who don't want to make their own stuff. It's just that many people on the STEX are kinda spoiled by the BAT makers. You have some good ideas with the Lot tweaking though.

you are a very good lot adjuster, it looks really good. only problem i see is that it occupie the same space as a hospital and in a large city where space is valuable i cant see my self ploping it. for the suburbs though it would look great.
