ok, I'm really tired, it is 4:30am and I'm still at work. I do not work in the Grace building I work at 9 west 57th, which is the solo building, it looks just like this one, but with a big orange 9 in front. i'm soooooo tired.

I'm Poo-Pooing on this because it sucks. There's something to be said for being new at BATing, but hell, you don't have to feel inclined to post every little thing you've ever made. Look around on the site. Does what you have look as good as what other people have made? No? Then don't post until you're up to speed. I can't BAT worth a crap, so I don't post my horrible, horrible creations on here mostly out of respect for the many people here who are brilliant at that.

Not that i recomment it, but has anyone downloaded this and seen it? i mean is it an actual lot? (the file size is defnatly weird). it's been said, a screen is needed, but if you don't throw up a scree (which shouldn't be an option) at least make a good description. If you are legit, don't get discouraged, just take the negative right now for what it's worth, and fix it, or do better next time. thanks.

Irfox, I downloaded it and saw it in the LE... the size is so small, because there're almost no props on it. it's simply the maxis building with some tables before it...

its not that hard. i managed it for my fist upload. just use the print screen button then open ms paint. press paste and then highlight the section with your building in. then save as a jpeg file. really not that hard

How sad. No screen (easy to made btw), and not very special too. Please, go to the BAT School (I have seen that there is one or one will come) and try it another time...

I ACTUALLY DOWNLOADED THIS FILE BEFORE I COMMENTED ON IT...... I think the concept is good, but my fear would be that I would have a city filled with this one building. Again I like the concept, I think it is sound. Keep up the good work. Fulmer

If you read this person's description you will see that they are not claiming to have created a new building, or anything super thrilling, what they did was provided a skyscraper that will grow as easy as the taco stand, so that smaller cities can have large buildings. Just so you know the building that downloads is the tall building on the right side of the game screenshot. I downloaded it, and looked at it in lot editor.

I think we should give people a bit of a break, and maybe be a little more kind. Remember everyone here is doing all this for free, and only because they want to do it. And if you feel you must express your negative opinion of something, you can always do it in a nice way. There is never a need to be mean. That is all that was claimed, and if the lot works, this person delivered exactly what they said.

So he basically took a CS$ lot and put a skyscraper on it? Yawn. Are any of the stats edited, or does that skyscraper still have 15 jobs?

well, if the lot is an existing building in SC4, then i'm sorry there is no point in downloading this. Also, wouldn't anyone else fear of having this building on every street corner of your city?
