The famous Bates Motel accomodation from the film Psycho - just don't take a shower!! Designed to be used in conjunction with the Bates Mansion lot I previously uploaded, you could also use this motel anywhere in your city. The pictures above give you an idea of how the two lots look used together with a simply hillock to place the mansion overlooking the motel - so mother can keep her beady eye on you Norman!
