About This File

Simply a larger version of the in-game recreational field. Nothing big, nothing flashy here, just something that'll go pretty good in a complex or university system. The field here sits on a 5x7 lot, rather than the 3x5 that comes with the game.

Only problem is how bright the grass is. This was a major problem with the Windeyo park, so this time, I tuned the color waaay down low to a deep green. Everything looked fine until I got it in the game, at which point it turned lime again. I don't know. Maybe it's just the way that the game works, that some shades of green turn that nasty color. Either way, I realize the problem. It IS a shade darker than the baseball park, and you can't see the glow from the region view, so that's a little better.

Using this same field, I'm going to built a major stadium in a short while, so stay tuned. Enjoy!

A nice alternative. Although I personally like the 3x5 pitches the game offers, some may not.

Yeah, that's sort of what I'm going for. Just an alternative if the other stuff gets old. Also, the stadium is looking insane right now. Pics'll come to the forum soon.

Your avatar is also very, very lime and even though there appears to be a graphic in it, the details cannot be seen. I'm guessing you have a color management issue. If you're color's off, there's no way you'll ever be able to adjust anything. So I'd start there. If you PM me, I'll try to help. Color management isn't my strong suit, but I can definitely point you in the right direction.

The colour doesn't bother me too much, but this makes for a better lot in terms of size. 7 tiles long would make it 112 m (or 122 yards), minus the space around the perimetre to account for the length of the play area. Thanks for making a field that adults and pros can play on. :-) ...Maybe a football field this size will come next... *crossing fingers*

Dussin, why are you raggin on everything I do? I'm kind of aware of my icon color, it's supposed to be electric. No graphic.

I don't know what you're talking about. You brought up the color -- I offered to help. I don't believe I ragged on anything.
