I believe this is TE'd for rail, although I'm not sure. I modded my set long ago. These are the original files. The only change I made was to change the folder names to english.

No, They can't.

Seems to work with a bit higher capacity. Nice for citys utilizing them. I give an 8 because a)custom query is week, b)the query sound-length is quite annoying. Make that turn a normal person into a kitten torturing demond kind of annoying.

Lacks base lot/water textures. However if you unzip into a custom folder you can then omit the folders for the side-ship and tug boat. Why - easier to place and use. Not all shores are flat and even.
