About This File

By popular request, here are ploppable versions of my New York Homes.

This was the first Bat I made for SimCity 4 and I think that it is the most popular buildings I have ever made, seen growing everywhere in numerous of beautiful and top-ranked CJs.

And now You can plop them, too! You will find the ploppables in the landmark menu, they are free to plop and they have no effects whatsoever except being nice to look at...

DEPENDENCIES: You will need the buildings from the original set to use those lots, since this pack only contains desc files and lots.

The original set is found here:

Quite possibly the best buildings I ever downloaded. The plop version are nice, now that I have tons of other 1x1 tile rowhouses that sometimes grow where I want these to.

Ah.. How come I never did this myself.. There are plenty of undeveloped or underdeveloped spots in Chaumont that desperately need this! Thanks!

I simply love those New-York homes, and use them all the time in my cities, though I have to bulldoze a lot to get them sometimes. Now I'll have them on demand! GREAT! 10/10

Really great work! Quick question though....is there a way to just have these as for ploppables? They're a bit taller than the other medium/high density residential lots I use and look out of place sometimes when they just grow at random. Thanks!

If you do not want them to grow, delete the original .lot files (eight different files) in the original folder and they will stop growing.

Excellent. These lots make the game worth playing. Do the ploped versions contain residents? do people actually live them now or are they just vacent landmarks? Also it would be cool if you made another version of these useing the same buildings but as commercial with shops like you have in most cities with rowhouses on the town square.

Odd, these are the best looking rowhomes in all of SC4; they are tall, colorful (but not gaudy) and accurate looking. I can't have a city without them!

Kessler, ploppables can not have residents, there is no way to do that. If you want american shops in this style, look at Simgoobers buildings.
