Come on 150$ for something this good, what kind of cheapskate audience are you trying to appeal with this. You could at least make it 1000-1500$ since the maintenance fees are low anyway, and since it has some nice benefits. 6/10 for making take only 1x1 space(+), have lots of parking(+) and a insanely low price plop(----).

I are not like the other people, saying it has problems, but I do have 1 recommendation... Add a fence around the outside of the garage, else (even though it is not possible), people could drive around the gate and go down the ramp the wrong way. Anyway 10/10, coz I like stuff cheap...what? I don't have much money...

can't see the back grey block of the garage! and the query tools over the front side says something different other than parking garage. it disapointed because the idea is terrif, and very usefull
