Clarendon Homes - Castleridge
The Castleridge by Clarendon Homes is now available for download to add into your cities. Comes in both 2x1 and 3x1 light density R$. While similar in style to the Castlewood, there are minor differences, namely on the inside.
Instructions:
Simply download the file and unzip into your plugins directory. Start SimCity 4 and zone some 3x1 or 2x1 light residential. This lot will grow.
Note: Dale's lots will be in seperate folders within your ..\plugins\Dale directory to help keep the folder neat and tidy.
Dependencies:
Only the standard Maxis props downloadable from www.SimCity.com.
