Here is another addition for your European downtowns!
The Hansaviertel gives You a variety of five corner buildings for Your wall-to-wall neighbourhoods. As you can see, they are all derived from one basic model in neo-baroque style.
The name “Hansaviertel” is taken from a neighbourhood in Berlin-Tiergarten. Before World War 2, Hansaviertel was a 19thcentury district filled with buildings like the ones in this set. During the allied bombings of Berlin during World War II, about 90% of the buildings in this area was totally destroyed. The rest of the buildings were cleared for the housing exhibition Interbau 57, featuring modernist buildings by architects such as Oscar Niemeyer and Alvar Aalto. But I think that the old Hansaviertel seems to be much nicer and now can anyone that agrees with med build a historical Hansaviertel of their own.
The buildings come both as growables and a ploppables.
The growable versions are R$$ buildings. They provide each homes for 190 middle class sims. It builds on 2 x 2 corner lots.
The ploppable version is found in the landmarks menu. It has no costs, but brings no revenue. Pure eyecandy, that is!
