The Efes Grill lot contains two real-world buildings from the small town of Güstrow near Rostock in the north of Germany. I stopped in Güstrow for a cup of coffee back in 2002 and was astonished by the many beautiful neo-antique facades around the church square.
This is the old Eastern Germany so as you can see the Efes building is kind of decayed. Also the diner, Efes Grill, did not really attract me although it was not that expensive, a pizza costs only 6,50 DM and a salad 5,00 DM (about two simoleocents).
This building comes both as a growable and a ploppable version. The growable version is is a 1 x 1 CS$ lot with stats similar to the Maxis Small Shops. The ploppable version is found in the landmarks menu. It has no costs, but brings no revenue. Pure eyecandy, that is!

Please note: Efes Grill was uploaded to the exchange some time ago but sadly it was deleted in the exchages switch. If You already have this building it is no use to download this file because it is exactly the same as before. But I would of course be really glad for Your comments and votes again.
