This is a SCALE accurate map of the Red Sea area. In order to make the map playable in SC4, it has been necessary to widen both the Suez Canal and the River Nile. The "paths" of both however, are accurately placed, within the limitations of the game. I have not attempted to place any further terrain features, as I find they are impossible to represent with any degree of accuracy.
I have included a suitable config, with a good mix of small medium and large cities. If you wish to make your own config however, please take note that this map is NOT the game default size.
