About This File

So, what is it?

El Rio Montero, it is the map of highlands with rivers running throughit. The elevation is high and is not the ideal kind of city. It may notbe easy, but the cities look good once they are on top of themountains.

Level of difficulty:
Inorder to put things such as seaports and beaches, it will be difficult.Because of the way the rivers run, there is no smooth transition fromwater to land. If you don't use God mode, it may be expensive to putseaports and beaches, which may affect industy and commerce. It canstill be done though. This has an oppurtunity to be a very secludedsuburbian area, or a high-elevation metropolis, whichever you like.Good luck and have fun with this region.
