Imagine if you will, a region of Sim world with extensive waterways and natural harbours .......... just like in real life, before any development can take place, a lot of engineering has to be carried out. In this region I have done all the "heavy engineering" by levelling the ground around the shore lines and straightening them out - enhancing the natural harbours. So now its up to you to do the final preperation and start building extensive docks and coastal developments - for this I highly recommend the PEGASUS COASTAL DEVELOPMENT KIT ..... available free of charge from the STEX (postage and packing included lol) and this map is dedicated to Angela (Alynnyes) who pestered me so sweetly to make it for her heheheheehe
