With permission from ILL Tonkso I am uploading this transit enabled re lotted version of ILL_Tonkso's CityPoint building. You will need to download his original for the model and props. It has been transit enabled to reflect the underground parking that this building has in real life. Also included in the installer are two growable versions. One is transit enabled, the other is not. Each is clearly labelled so you can choose to keep one or the other or both. Please remember, however, that the transit enabled one will not upgrade. All the statistics are in the Readme file.
