Due all the comments regarding my continuation of posting on the LEX and all of the e-mails ive recieved, Ive decided to keep posting :) I didnt realize just how many people REALLY like my lots...thanks to all my fans for your encouragement! And I hope to continue to meet and exceed your expectations!

 

The Sterling Tower is about the height of the Empire State building and provides a Residential Demand Cap Relief of 8800.

 

Its design is just a simple tall rectangle, which contrasts well with buildings of more ornate design.

How do I add a steam version of mods to sim city 4 because I am not sure where to place the mod in the file it needs to go in? Its a download game so I would like some help if anyone would know the answer to my question thanks
