While off hand i can't remember the costs for it, (will edit description soon) i will tell you that this lot is just eyecandy
it uses the water textures made by RUBIK, this is not an industrial building, it functions just like the water textures themselves.
edit: you must have the orginal water texture pack made by rubik, its in the LEX under water..
