Coming to your local CJ, San Portello is the fabulous Las Venturas. If any of you have noticed there are a poor amount of casinos around in the STEX, and Im here to change that! First on my great list is the Simtropolis Goldwyn Mayor Grand Casino and Hotel...

This prop is a teaser of the up-and-coming hotel/casino SGM Grand, please note the hotel and this sign will be MY VERSION of the MGM grand hotel, so it is only based on the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. This prop will be a dependency for the mother lot, so, if you are planning to download the Simtropolis Goldwyn Mayor Grand Hotel, download this prop.

For all you BATers out there, I have included the GMAX file for the sign plus any textures I have and will use for this casino. Feel free to use them but please leave some sort of credit - you know the rules.
