About This File

Hello, this is my first contribution to the STEX. This little building was modelled in SketchUp, and it's my first attempt at an office building, which I decided to call "Blue Rise" (I know, it sucks). I don't know yet how to convert this into a BAT, so I'm putting it up in case someone's interested in making a BAT Prop/Lot out of it. Comments welcome!

Update: Removed minor model glitches, trimmed off unecessary edges, added access doors to upper terrace. Removed image files from ZIP archive.
