    I've found out how to convert this into a BAT, but I've run into a problem: the window edges won't show up in the textured model. I'd appreciate it if someone could fix it/help me with this.

    SketchUp has a tool called the "Tape Measure", which you can use to create auxiliary lines to help you locate stuff before you build them. You should try using it for exact measurements, it helps a lot.

    Hello, this is my first contribution to the STEX. This little building was modelled in SketchUp, and it's my first attempt at an office building, which I decided to call "Blue Rise" (I know, it sucks). I don't know yet how to convert this into a BAT, so I'm putting it up in case someone's interested in making a BAT Prop/Lot out of it. Comments welcome! Update: Removed minor model glitches, trimmed off unecessary edges, added access doors to upper terrace. Removed image files from ZIP archive.
