This is the Shadow Studios' Electronic Road-Side Sign for SimCity 4.This installer is for people who have little knowledge on lots and whodon't know how to install lots manually. The sign can be placed on topof avenues. Please note that this is for avenues only. I find it a niceway to make a city look more urban.
Known bug: When placed on top of an avenue, the avenue will bedemolished to make room for this sign. This can be avoided by placingthe sign first and then placing the avenue on top of it.

The "Matrix Sign" gmax file was originally modeled by Dexter. I editedthe texture a bit to say something in English. The sign originally hada bunch of nonsense on it. It now says "Welcome" on it with the"temperature" written below. In actuality, it just says 71
