These have been hanging around in my bat showcase for a while, thelonger version of the Mietshaus, packing over 300 happy sims in shoebox flats. Based on blocks of flats in Wandsbek, not far away from thefirst Mietshaus models I uploaded.

Just a bit of useless information for you there :-)

Zip contains:

3 Models - each with 2 R$ Lots at 2x4 and housnig 303 Residents and 1 screenshot.

Excellent, more diversity for ours towns. Kind of building that Maxis missed. 10/10 for a pretty work of variety

Fantastic! Although these were designed to fit into a continental style city, they also work very well in my council estates in game!
