JaWood, you may not be one of the most prolific BATters's at Simtrop, but you are one of my favourites! Right up there with SimGoober and Pegasus. 10/10!

I have to say, that's one of the most beautiful buildings I've seen here in quite some time. Such detail and so real; looks exactly like something I'd see on the beach.

I should add that I like how there's a "twin" ploppable version that is a hotel with commercial jobs. Now I don't have to wait for it to grow :)

Beautiful model, and textures! But, I experience a severe reaction everytime I see pink lighting on a building like this...*shudders* No rating, but, the model/textures alone would get 10/10.

Lol! Sorry to dissapoint you Dusktrooper. I do admit, I was reluctant to use pink, but then I thought to myself, "What, do I have a confidence problem? Real men use pink!" So I went for it. :-)
