About This File
This Modified STEX lot is a simple rail spur with with maintanance yard and Maxis buildings. The lot is transit/UDI enabled and has 100 jobs. Will add more jobs and a few other things as I am still learning how to use the iLive reader. Works well in the game and will generate plenty of trains as it serves as a freight station with a capacity of 5000. Passenger trains will also pass through the lot. This is my 1st lot on the STEX ~ more rail related lots to come.
Required Dependencies:
ADC Rail Signal Bridge by ardecila.
BSC SimCityRail Utility Lot Pack by deadwoods.
BSC Railyard Props Vol1 by deadwoods.
BSC BRF Train Prop Pack by deadwoods.*(required to get parked rail car props).
Riverhaven Train SetV1 by Trocla *(only RHHopRiverHaven_109D3080toF0.dat & RHHopRiverHaven_Original.dat are required to get the parked green hoppers).
NDEX Texture Set Volume 1 by Equinox.
Maxis SC4 Building Props *(bldgprop_vol1.dat).
