Not really when my local GP Clinic takes care of 10,000 patients..... Do you always criticise?

but he's never done anything BUT criticise. It as though to say a nice thing once in a while would kill him. I give praise where its due and if I give a criticism, I always give one good point. Pkmnrulz is FAR too negative.

Looks very nice. I like the fairly big radius. In outback areas, a small country clinic may have to service 100's of km and have 1000's of patients so I think it is quite realistic. I always thought the clinics in the game were a bit unrealistic with their small radius and low number of patients.

i like it, too. though i'm not 100% sure why your raving about the NHS... suppose it's better than some health systems, but it would be nice if the government spent a bit more money on it .

money won't solve the problem, not when theres more managers than hospital beds.....a case of jobs for the boys perhaps?

While oviously a set of buildings the sims don't care and it works. If you seach STEX for things like water pump or 'clinic' notice a limited amount of work going into these essentials while eye-candy seems to get the gold stars. So thank you for this lot.
