Is this BAT size 100x150? It should be. They put one by my house and I think it is bigger than Rhode Island(US State). Looks nice so far, I'll vote after I've seen it grow. oh wait, its ploppable....*disappointed grumble*

Yeah sorry made a typo and I corrected it and therefore double posted. My bad.

It says ploppable, but it is actually growable. One grew in my high-density commercial. My god, it was huge. The scale on this thing is wrong! It covered something like 25 stories tall and 2 city blocks. It covered over all the other buildings that had grown at the same time.

Yeah, that you might want to fix. The look is right, though, and I suppose there are Sim salesmen who will only offer you S10,000 for your VW that's clearly worth at least S14,000. Yeah, I'm bitter... Fix that scale thing and you've got a winner.

Thanks for letting me know about that growable error. Its not supposed to grow. I modified it took it out of the tileset so it should not grow.
