The Scenic Drive Kit allows you to add yet another realistic touch to your parks and recreational areas. These asphalt sections are ideal for creating large drive-through type parks or adding simulated auto access to any areas of your city where it would be appropriate.
These are not fully traffic/transit enabled lots. Because two such lots can not be connected, that option is not feasible at this time. Being 'road-like' in nature, the sections of this kit will be accessible from your Misc. Transportation menu. Your Parks menu gets a break on this one.
** These lots are 'Slope Conforming and can be placed almost anywhere.
** This kit is compatible with all versions of SC4.
** This kit has no dependencies... other than the game itself.

What's New...
1. All the issues that caused these lots to occasionally become immortal have been fixed.
2. These lot are now considered to be MTP Compliant as the park-like green texture has been replaced with the MTP grass-like texture.
3. The street light props were altered to show up in preview mode to make orienting the lots easier. Unfortunately, it doesn't help.
4. The 1x straight section has been transit enabled on one side so it can be visually connected to roads, streets and avenues. Its purely non-functional... but it looks better.
5. The park values have been cut in half for a more realistic effect.
6. Icons have been upgraded and the menu order improved.
7. A new Railroad Crossing section has been added.
