As requested by ElBandito501,here is Scranton, Pennsylvania, which is located in Lackawanna County,NE of Wilkes-Barre, along the Lackawanna River, and East of theSusquehanna River.
I took a couple of liberties with this map - first, the LackawannaRiver is a little wider than it should be so that it actually showed upas a waterway in the game and second, I leveled the terrain a bitaround a couple of the lakes to make them appear more natural.
You will need Andy80586's Higher Mountain MOD, which should be in your plugins directory during the import.
