How come it doesn't light up at night

Not for my city, but it's still pretty good. Eight.

I like it a lot, but because there are no lights at night I rated it lower than I would have.

Yeah needs some window lights, but a good 8 for this one, nice job.

why does it pop up as part of a university in my cities?? it looks nice in the picture though.

Does anyone else get a building that looks like it should be in the industrial section rather than a hospital?
