Nice idea and interesting shape. However, the roof tiles are way too large, and the building also looks kinda flat. Try to exaggerate the height by about 2/5, that's what Maxis did with their buildings as well.

Good, but I must agree with Roth: looks a little flat. Also, I think the roof would look better if it extended over the building's edge a bit. Simply my artistic opinion.

Turn the walls into windows that look down into the building. Nightlight from the inside and illuminate inside stuff. Pretty unique and nice as is tho.

I like the slate shingle look, most sc4 roofs are typical compared to this. Although I've never seen them used in a closed roof application, perhaps they should extend. Alot of gamers are looking for the big citys, this is a nice attempt to put some life into other developed areas.

Oh yeah and some stats and windows - lighting wouldn't hurt.

Haha, judging by the description I'm pretty sure you got the idea for this building from a model kit by kibri or faller. I bought the same one when I was a kid (with a little motor to make the Edeka logo rotate) and it's nice to see it again in this game.
