About This File
This is a map of Indianapolis, IN. It is scaled accurately. It is 32 by 40 km.
Instructions (very important note below):
If you don't have my plugins pack, download it here.
1) Place the 500m.dat plugin in your plugins folder, and remove any other height mod plugins... thanks to Andy80586 and lookinin for helping me create the mods.
2) Create a new folder called Indianapolis in your ...My Documents/SimCity 4/Regions directory.
3) Download the config.bmp file and place it in the new folder
4) Download the Indianapolis500.jpg file and remember where you downloaded it to.
5) Run your SimCity 4 game
6) Open the Indianapolis Region
7) On your keyboard, press and hold down 'ctrl' + 'alt' + 'shift' + 'r'--this should bring up a dialogue box
8) Browse to the folder that you downloaded Indianapolis500.jpg to, find "Indianapolis500.jpg", and open this file.
9) This should start the rendering, where a screen saying "Creating New City" should appear. BE PATIENT. This will likely take between 40 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes.
