This is 1280x1280 pixel map of Hong Kong Island and southern part of New Territories.
While using my config bitmap it makes the region divided more logicaly and easier to build bridges.
Tips:
Createnew folder in your SC4 region folder.( My Documents\Sim City4\Regions\Hong Kong Island). Copy .bmp and .jpg to this folder. PressCtrl+Alt+Shift+R and choose .jpg. Wait a few minutes. 
Each time You better smooth the terrain about 10 times and recognite edges before establishing new city.
