i agree with kalashnikov, great for building a showpiece, especially when you're going crazy with pegs waterside lots as i am at the moment, building a huge riverfron city extra cash is appreciated!

What's wrong with cheating? The game is too hard without cheating. Do you think your favourite CJs cheat? Of course they do or they would never look like that. Cheating is a godsend in SC4 and these help immensly.

I like the idea. Can you tell me how to mod my own cheat lot? I think you could add the animation from Gizmo's effect prop pack, of the mayor money throwing. It will be just coins spewing everywhere.

Well, design the lot in lot editor, or make the building with the B.A.T. I use DatGen to edit the building properties. There are some helpful guides here on simtrop.

it doesnt give me money. i moved the files in the zip into my Documents\SimCity4\Plugins. i place it somewhere in a game, no money! i give it water, power, nothing!

It's great! Just plop it down and lower taxes to zero and watch your city grow! :-) Sure, it's a cheat, but in the right city it works.

I too am having problems with this mod. It doesn't work for me and I don't know why. Someone PM me please with some help!

Good joke lot... why lower taxes to zero though? Our cities can become so big expenses reach 50,000+ or do we simply place another lot? Nealos101 has spoken.
