Looks neat, would look great if you could get the entrance to be transit enabled so it connects to the road. I echo the sentiment on the palm trees though, way to many, and limits placing potential.

garfiedude: i'll consider that about making the lot for transit enabled but i'm still learning about how can i made it possible. In the next update, i should consider about removing some palm trees, too. Thanks for the suggestion!
