This mod will add 16 different trees to the mayor mode's tree tool. They work exactly like the original mayor mode trees, the only difference is that they don't grow, but rather plop as full-scale models. Make sure you have installed the prop packs listed below, otherwise no trees will show up. Many thanks to couchpotato and SimGoober for their wonderful tree props!
