I originally intented this building to be uploaded to SimCityCentral only, but as the downloads there still need a long time to fix, I decided to upload it here as just sitting on my harddrive isn't doing it any good.

Note that there is no nightlighting on the main building. I modeled this one in the 3d studio max BAT, and I couldn't get the nightlighting to work correctly.
