Due to the lack of radio and telecommunications broadcasting towers all throughout SimNation, the Regional Council of Cities had a meeting to discuss the issue.  The outcome was a plan to construc several massive supertowers throughout the region that would each cover several cities by themselves.  The final plans are quite high-tech-looking and Sims like their looks ... however, they are quite noisy.  As a direct result of this deal, a new industry sprung up ... cell phones!

Totally looks like something from Command & Conquer: Yuri's Revenge. Dr Vu is using this building for mind control purposes for sure!
