If you've been a member on this site for awhile, you probably remember my lot "The Disappearing Road Trick". I got lots of requests to make one for Elevated Highway, so here it is.
This lot appears under the transportation menu>misc. transportation. The picture is of a blank lot. The D.R.T. adapts to the base texture of your city, so it will fit in whether you have SimMars or not. Very cheap to plop, so have fun and take some good CJ pictures!
2004 DH Lots. (This doesn't really effect traffic too much, and be sure to place both files in your plugins folder)
