You can actually make a population mod out of this by adding exemplars to it in iLives Reader

I found this mod of very exquisite quality it had positive effects on my cities, and helped them grow.

For some reason, I can't demolish it, I used the bulldoze and dezone tools but nothing happened! Please help!
