Mistral Apartments Tropical, by Mattb325. --------------------------------------- These apartments are based on a building of the same name in Sydney's beach-side suburb of Brighton-le-Sands. These apartments were typical builds from the 1970's. While the apartments are quite dated, they are typically much larger than newer builds and, given their typical beach front location, prove very popular. The boxiness of the design is broken up by a glass-covered sunken entrance and a sweeping sunken driveway. It is offered as an R$$ apartment on the modern Houston and Euro tilesets. Like all of my work, these are suited to both CAM and non CAM cities alike. This is the tropical version, a tropically lotted version will follow shortly. Stats below: --------------------------------------- STATS R$$ apartments: Lot size : 4x4 Growth Stage: 6 (Medium and High Density Zoning) Bulldoze Cost: $ 511 Capacity Satisfied:R$ 804 R$$ 445 Pollution: 3 (Air)/ 1 (Water)/ 4 (Garbage ) Pollution Radius: 5/6/0 Power Consumed: 7 Mwh Water Consumed: 18 Gal/Month Building Style: Houston and Euro Occupant Group: Medium Wealth Residential Building --------------------------------------- NOTE ABOUT DARK NITE vs MAXIS NITE: This download contains TWO model files; one for dark nite users and one for the standard Maxis nite. If you are unsure whether you have a night-darkening mod installed, then choose the Maxis night version. If you use the dark nite version, you will need a dark nite mod. I've brought another hand-drawn greyscale map to you! This time its an archipelago. Its a tough map to build upon with little flat space and terrain that calls for more ferry transport than highways or rails. 1739x1739m region consists of 31 large cities which is expandable to upwards of 49 large cities (extra 18 are blacked out in config.bmp) if you desire to add more in sc4 terraformer. I recommend using SC4 Mapper to import the .sc4m and the config file. Please enjoy and lemme know what you think and if you intend to use it- 1 Comment

Phuket, Thailand a map by: blunder requested by: shockthrpy ------------- Description: Phuket is an island on the west coast of Thailand. The map is 22km x 52km, and made from less-than-awesomely-detailed satellite data (I don't remember the resolution, it might have been 3 arc). It is fairly scale accurate; I say fairly because I made some mistakes in overlaying the water and there's some surprise cliffs on the west coast. Whoopsie. There are 2 config files to choose from. 1- a custom one by me that is a little odd. 2- a standardized large tile one. ------------- Installation: This map is in .sc4m format and requires either Terraformer or Mapper to import. 1. Navigate to your Documents/SimCity 4/Regions folder and create a new folder with your desired region name 2. Copy+paste the config.bmp file into the folder you just created. 3. Open SC4TF, open the new region, import the .sc4m file, save and quit. 4. You must open and save each tile for it to display your terrain mod instead of the terraformer/mapper elevation color overlay. If you wish to see behind the scenes or request a map, please visit my thread at simpeg Map was rendered using Lowkee's Terrain and Shok's Brigantine 2.0 Water, which i highly suggest you use too. Thanks for looking and enjoy!
