Hotondo Homes Alpha237 Series, by Mattb325. --------------------------------------- The unimaginatively named 'Alpha 237' is a series of 4 separate modern house models (all in a building family for heaps of variety) that are designed for smaller lots. These are based on floor plans by the spec-builder 'Hotondo' Homes. They are reasonably accurate renditions: all are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a double car garage, formal and informal living areas, study, media room, etc. I have made a number of different lot variations: 1x1, 2x1, 1x2, 1x3 and 2x3. All of them are growable R§§ on all tilesets. These homes are designed to grow early on in a cities' development. Use the 'make historic' checkbox to stop them from upgrading. They are great for a modern suburban look and have occupant numbers that are in keeping with the games default values. You must select only one file - depending on which version you use. If you are unsure whether you have a night-darkening mod installed, then choose the Maxis night version. If you use the dark nite version, you will need a dark nite mod. I made these as there are so few single story R§§ houses in game (both Maxis Vanilla and custom content) These are based on floor plans by the spec-builder 'Hotondo' Homes. They are reasonably accurate renditions: all are single story 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a single car garage, formal and informal living areas, study, etc. I have made a number of different lot variations: 1x1, 2x1, 1x2, 1x3 and 2x3.
