Description: Cryptocurrencies are all the rage lately for investors and contemporary governments are debating whether and how to regulate and tax them. Sometimes the investor can remain passive while a computer can be set up to "mine" the cryptocurrency - or verify that transactions are legitimate - and are rewarded with coin in that currency. In this business deal, a group of rich investors are looking for a place to plop their mining computers, funded by the city government to build, of course.
