  1. Hi there! One of my favorite Pegasus is PEG Power Tower Pylons. I was wondering, how can I edit the power pylon lot so it doesn't show a paved texture under the pylon but rather no texture at all, so it looks more realistic? Especially in rural settings. The reskin by Pegasus is supplied as a .DAT file.

    These cable route markers are intended to work as an unobtrusive way to connect power assets or other infrastructure that requires electricity, but you wish to avoid pulling a power line there. The idea was to simulate an underground cable with the visual cable route marker signs in the landscape. The lots have no base-texture and can be fully covered by vegetation or other MMPs. The cable route markers are very small and barely visible as well. They come in 4 different varieties and change with every plop automatically. No dependencies.

    Info: Have you ever wanted to properly end your power lines with a transformer substation? Well now you can! By previous request I'm releasing this file which I first displayed on my CJ a while back. Originally the plan was to include this lot as part of a set of several different types of transitions(1-line, 2-line, 2-way, 4-way etc.) for both the in-game maxis power lines and also MandelSoft's custom power line set. However I've decided to abandon that much delayed project in favor of a completely new custom power line set I'm currently working on. This substation can be used to properly cap the beginning and end of your power lines using a couple of very simple BAT. The lot provides 400 units of power, the idea behind that being that while a substation doesn't actually generate power it plays an important part in prevent transmission power loses by stepping up and the reducing the voltages across a long distance power line. It can be found near the bottom of the power menu. No dependencies are required. Stats: Plop Cost: $400 Power produced: 400 (8MW) Monthly Cost: $4 Demolition cost: $100 Dependencies: None!

Hi, I'd been playing around with ground raiser tools (specifically in this case is 15m raise), when i try to plop some walls around it (see picture below), I noticed 2 corners are always not "flat" like the other 2. Is there any method available to fix those two rouge corners to become flat? I already tried using land flatting tools but not working. _._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._ Second question, Are there any power lines lots that have T split or Y split pieces? They don't need to be functional, I just use them for aesthetic only. Thanks.
  5. First, Sorry for inappropriate English i am not native speaker. I want to carry the power to side city without power line because the power line is look so dirty and it making me annoying when i see both city in big map mode. And it doesn't even make sense when both city actually are the one big city. imagine what if big, dirty, and red candy colored power tower is placed on middle of Manhattan. Awful, isn't it? So Please give me the answer! Oh, and Merry Christmas!

    In older versions of SimCity the powerlines didn't look like high-voltage power lines. In SimCity 4, you'll have to use a separate power supply for every rural development when you don't want to disfigure your landscape with huge ugly masts. The SFBT rural power lines will make this obsolete. You can use them along a road or straight across the country. Since the base texture of this lots is transparent, they will match with any terrain texture you have installed. Important note: The power lines can only be used on perfectly flat terrain, otherwise the props won't align anymore. The lots can be found in the lower part of the utilities - power menu.
