I was excited for all the possibilities your structures would offer then I saw that there were garages attached and the lots were arranged in a way that would be very limiting in terms of making a realistic multi-building complex.... which I'm assuming was the whole point. That's too bad- could've been very cool

Good to see you've started again on the Penobscot, Jason. I've liked all your relases but this is sure to be my favorite and I already have an open spot for it at the center of my downtown. Also, I've never heard anybody mention it but I think the future Greektown casino tower would be a popular addition to the STEX. Maybe I'll get off my ass one day and learn how to BAT stuff. Do you need a fancy computer to do decent bldgs or would a normal one suffice? Keep up the good work and enjoy your time off this summer!

Hey- congrats! I'm saving a spot for the Penobscot in my old CBD area of my city. It's gonna be the apex bldg so I'm trying to buildout from where it will be. Any idea what the lot size is going to be? This IS the one bat that I've been the most excited to see be released ever on the STEX honestly. I can see the top of the Penobscot from my window and I can't wait to have a form of it in my city. Late spring, huh? Well..... my birthday is 4/20 if you're into b-day gifting Curious where in metro detroit do you live Jason? I've seen you a few times on detroityes! so was wondering if you were a fellow downtowner.

Can't wait to see what progress you've made on the Penobscot. It looks great so far!

Nice new additions, Jason! Selfishly, I wasn't happy when I heard you were doing a HK BAT because I want you to spend all your available SC4 energy on something significant from Detroit- haha. I think the Guardian by you would be awesome and would be unlike anything else here on the STEX. I'd like to have a skyscraper of that design/color for the centerpiece of my midtown I'm making.... something big made of brick. What do you think of the Stott Bldg? That one might actually be somewhat easier to recreate and, I believe, is just as impressive as the Guardian. I was driving up Gratiot towards downtown this morning and the Stott looked particularly handsome for some reason. Or maybe the old Hudson's? Too bad you weren't born as triplets so you could do all of them! I'm thinking about doing a sorta loose version of Detroit for my next Sim City project. Since you obviously know the city well, do you have any idea or what would be your guess as to the size of Campus Martius in-game? Oh yeah..... I'd love to see your Vinton completed too! Again, keep up the good work

Hey Jason I just happened upon your thread here today and will be following it whenever I come to Simtropolis now. You're one of just a few specific batters I can name off the top of my head that I know I'll like their creations before I even see them. If I knew how to bat, we'd be doing the same kind of bldgs. I live dwntwn Detroit and would love to see more of these scrapers represented. You'd be the perfect person to take on the Penobscot although I know what a job that would be. My favorite scrapers dwntwn are the Stott and Guardian. There's nothing like them at all on the STEX and they'd be a great tallest in any old-style city. Keep up the good work man!
