    Yes, my main goal would be to automatically manage funding level. I am already using the slightly over fund strategy, but I am spending/wasting a lot of time doing this instead of worrying about other issues, and it feels frustrating...

    Hello, long time lurker, fist time posting. Does anyone know if there is any mod that will automatically manage civil service buildings such as schools and/or hospitals?
